PROFESSIONAL FOGGING/MISTING SYSTEM

There are high pressure polyethylene, Nylon and

Stainless steel pipes used in professional fogging systems.

There are two types of fittings for Professional fogging system

1) Slip lock fittings  2) Ferrule fittings

Slip lock connectors are very easy to use but cannot be removed from its tube without 

 damage and cant be reused after the removal .Ferrule can be removed from its fitting and

reused after changing its  inner ring. Spare inner rings to be kept if removal becomes necessary

For 9.52 mm size tubes, slip lock or ferrule fittings should have 9.52 mm inlet and outlet

and 3/16unc female threads for connecting the mist/fog nozzles.

 Normal distance between one mist /fog nozzle to another is one meter.

This could be 60 CM to 1.5 meters according to the thickness of fogging that you require

 and the distance kept between one fog line to another is normally four to five meters.

A 100 meter fog line usually require 90 pieces of nozzles and a flow rate of

7 liter to 8 liter per minute with a 60 to 80 bar water pressure.

Controlling the water pressure by a pressure meter will

provide either fog or mist effects as per your choice 

When you buy a fog pump , please check its consumption of electricity, flow rate,

We have fogging machines from 0.2 liters to 15 liters per minute and the 

selection of  fogging machine is based on the total area to be covered.

A special automatic high pressure and low flow rate pump is used for fogging 

Flow rate and water pressure are important in any fogging system.

 We need to use a high precession filter in between the pump and fog line.

For this a filter with 5um filter media is used.

Nozzles with 0.2mm orifice and below will not leave water vapor on the

floor if you 'provide required water pressure and flow rate

As the outlet of water pumps are normally ¼ (6.35mm) or 1 inch

with female threaded outlet, Please use a transfer joint to connect

it with 9.52 mm (3/8 inch) fog tubing.
