Order Processing 

Orders  are processed within two business day and shipped on the third day

For bulk orders, processing time may take 5 to 7 days

If any product is out of stock, that will be notified by SMS / Whatsaap  or Email

and our responsibility is limited to refunding of its  payment  

There will be a low order fee of Rs.100/- for orders below Rs.500/-
Our courier partner for domestic shipment is  Speed post 
You can advise any other courier if you are willing to pay its charges

Depending on the distance, delivery takes 5 to 10 days 

In case you are absent, couriers sometimes deliver to the person available at you address

Please check with others at your address before registering a complaint on non delivery 

Bulky orders are shipped via India post registered parcel or by road transport

Reshipping charges

When a parcel sent to you is returned due to the following reasons,
, you have to pay courier charges for reshipping
1) Non acceptance of the parcel / Refusal of acceptance for reason other than damages
2) Inaccurate delivery address / No one to receive when delivery is attempted
3) Non working contact number / unable to contact your phone number
