BASIC INFORMATION

There are two types of fittings for professional fogging
1) Slip lock and  2) Ferrule
Slip lock connectors cannot be removed from the fittings without making a damage and cant be
reused after the removal .Ferrule can be removed from its fitting and reused after changing its  inner ring.
Spare inner rings to be kept if removal becomes necessary
Size of  high pressure fogging tube is  9.52mm(3/8 inch)
Suitable size of Slip lock fittings for this tube size is 3/16unc female threads and 9.52mm inlet/outlet
Suitable size of Mist nozzle for this tube size is 3/16unc male threads 
There are high pressure polyethylene. Nylon and steel pipes used in professional fogging systems
Normal distance between one nozzle to another is one meter.
This could be 60 cm to 1.5 meters according to the thickness of fogging that you require
 and the distance kept between one fog line to another is normally four to five meters.
A 100 meter fog line usually require 90 pieces of nozzles and a flow rate of
7 liter to 8 liter per minute and a 50 to 70 bar water pressure
Its the flow rate and water pressure which  are important in fogging but not the Pump head.
If you prefer to use a local pump, please check its consumption of electricity, flow rate,
water pressure, size of outlet and the availability of adapters to connect the 9.52mm fog line .
 We need to use a high precession filter in between the pump and fog line.
A filter with 5um filter media is used for high prelesion filtration.
First of all, please take the measurement of the area to be covered by fogging
Keep 4 meter distance between each fog line
We have fogging machines from 0.2 liters to 15 liters per minute and the selection of fogging machine is
based on the total area to be covered by fogging.
Nozzles with 0.2mm orifice and below will not leave water vapor on the floor if you provide the required water pressure
Outlet of the pump is normally ¼ (6.35mm) or 1 inch with female threaded outlet.
Use a transfer joint to connect the pump with  9.52 mm (3/8 inch) fog tubing
