Vikons fine mist solution uses pressurized water to create
a small particle fine mist that floats in the air and the colorful beams of lightfrom a projector create wonderful hologram like 3D effect in the air Creating a wild new visual display system that you can walk through !
System uses high-pressure nozzles with orifice size 0.10mm to spray a super fine mist of water droplets which is significantly smaller.These "mist" particles evaporate quickly once in the air, taking the heat with them.Instead of displaying on a solid surface, the visuals get beamed onto mist.
Fine Mist nozzle generates mist with a particle size of 07 μm.In special effect applications, the floating ultra-fine mist particles add visual appeal to productions, allowing light diffusion to create color and projected 3D images.Unlike traditional smoke machines, it utilizes water instead of harmful chemicals, making it safe for the human body.
A projection type display system needs to use a screen in order to project the image.We could get the wide viewing area using the mist screen but the imagewith mist screen will flicker by gravity and air flow.Mist screens flickering can be reduced by a screen made up with verysmall particle size smoke and water flow controlled nozzles.For this, we have to first consider the most suitable particle
for the screen and then theshape of screen and finally arrange an array of flow controlled smoke /mist nozzles as the screen.By this method we could get considerably high contrast flicker-less image and get the viewing
angle more than 60° and finally a walk through type display
