Helps to Release air and vacuum formed in the water supply line

Combination Air Valve has double action and continuous operation.
It releases air continuously during operation. Normal Air valves 
releases air only when air comes above a specific value

HOW IT WORKS

 Water Filling into Pipeline:

The valves evacuate massive air during water filling into the pipeline.
The valves efficiently exhaust little air under pressurized operation.
Much air will be taken into the pipeline by valve when the filtration system is draining empty.
With aerodynamic design and the anti-blow design, the floating ball ensures on-time
shutting of outlet while the high-speed airflow occurs.

 Under Pressurized Operation:

During pressurized operation of the pipeline, air accumulates in the upper air valve chamber.
With the growing of the air, the water level as well as the floating ball inside the valves goes down,
then the automatic micro-exhaust hole opens to evacuate the accumulated air.
Once the air is released, the water level and floating ball rise to close the automatic micro-exhaust hole.

 System Draining:

When the system or pipe is drained empty, negative pressure forms in the kinetic valve.
Meanwhile, the float moves down to take in air against vacuum formation.

कैसे काम करता है  

पाइपलाइन में पानी भरना:  

वाल्व्स पाइपलाइन में पानी भरते समय बड़े पैमाने पर हवा को बाहर निकालते हैं।  

वाल्व्स दबावयुक्त ऑपरेशन के दौरान कम हवा को कुशलतापूर्वक निकालते हैं।  

जब फिल्ट्रेशन सिस्टम खाली हो रहा होता है, तो बहुत सारी हवा पाइपलाइन में वाल्व के माध्यम से आ जाएगी।  

एरोडायनामिक डिज़ाइन और एंटी-ब्लो डिज़ाइन के साथ, तैरता हुआ बॉल आउटलेट को समय पर बंद करने को सुनिश्चित करता है, जबकि उच्च गति वाली वायु प्रवाह होता है।  

दबावयुक्त ऑपरेशन के दौरान:  

पाइपलाइन के दबावयुक्त ऑपरेशन के दौरान, हवा ऊपरी एयर वाल्व चेंबर में जमा हो जाती है।  

जैसे-जैसे हवा बढ़ती है, पानी का स्तर और वाल्व्स के अंदर तैरता हुआ बॉल नीचे जाता है, फिर स्वचालित माइक्रो-एग्ज़ॉस्ट होल खुलता है ताकि जमा हुई हवा को बाहर निकाला जा सके।  

एक बार हवा बाहर निकलने के बाद, पानी का स्तर और तैरता हुआ बॉल स्वचालित माइक्रो-एग्ज़ॉस्ट होल को बंद करने के लिए ऊपर उठते हैं।  

सिस्टम ड्रेइंग:  

जब सिस्टम या पाइप पूरी तरह से खाली हो जाता है, तो काइनेटिक वाल्व में नकारात्मक दबाव बनता है।  

इस बीच, फ्लोट नीचे चला जाता है ताकि वैक्यूम निर्माण के खिलाफ हवा को लिया जा सके।
