Ventury injectors work by forcing water through a conical body which initiates a

pressure differential between the inlet and outlet ports. This creates a vacuum

inside the injector body, which initiates ozone suction through the suction port. 

It is important to understand the relationship of inlet and outlet pressure

when using an injector. We recommend placing pressure gauges at both

the inlet and outlet of the injector to determine the performance at all times. 

Venturi fertilizer injectors are available in five sizes: 1/2", 3/4", 1", 1.25",1-1/2", and 2",

which can be selected according to the amount of irrigation and fertilization.

The fertilizer injector has a simple structure, easy to operate, and does not require power.

It is an efficient tool for water and fertilizer application in small and medium-sized irrigation areas.

Liquid fertilizers and other solvents can be added into the irrigation system pipe network

in proportion.  It is a widely used fertilization tool in greenhouse planting, micro-irrigation and drip irrigation. 

Using the siphon principle, various liquid fertilizers can be easily sucked in

and injected into the irrigation pipes, so that water and fertilizer can be

evenly irrigated to various crops.

1) One piece of Suction assembly with control valve ,Filter and 2 meter transparent tube

2) One piece of Venturi injector with one inch male threaded inlet and outlet

3) Two pieces of connectors for 16mm PE hose

4) Two pieces of 16 mm Elbow connectors 5) Two pieces of 16 mm Tee connectors

please use 16mm Drill bits to make holes on the PVC pipe and then

fix 16MM Off takes through Rubber Grommets .

Applications

1. It is important to choose the model size carefully; If too large, the unit will not draw

the fertilizer at all and if too small the flow will be restricted.

2. Always choose a smaller size if you are doubtful. Put it on a bypass assembly

which allows you to adjust the flow through the venturi injector which does

not restrict the flow as much.
