Ventury injectors work by forcing water through a
conical body which initiates a pressure differential between the inletand outlet ports. This creates a vacuum inside the injector body, which initiatesozone suction through the suction port. It is important to understand the relationship of inlet and outlet pressurewhen using an injector. We recommend placing pressure gauges at both theinlet and outlet of the injector to determine the performance at all times.
This package include the components required for the 16 mm PE hose by- pass assembly
This package consists of the following: (Please refer the attached images)
1) One piece of Suction assembly with control valve ,Filter and 2 meter transparent tube
2) One piece of Venturi injector with 3/4 inch male threaded inlet and outlet
3) Two pieces of 16 mm female lock couplings for 16mm PE hose
4) Two pieces of 16 mm Elbow connectors
5) Two pieces of 16 mm Tee connectors
6) Two small pieces of 16 mm PE hose
(Picture of a PVC bypass assembly is given here for descriptive purpose only and
you can use this as a guide to make your own 16MM PE by-pass assembly.
If you are using PVC main lines but want to convert it to 16 MM Drip irrigation hose,
please use 16mm Drill bits to make holes on the PVC pipe and then
fix 16MM Off takes through Rubber Grommets .
Applications of Venturi fertilizer Injector:
1. It is important to choose the model size carefully; If too large, the unit will not draw
the fertilizer at all and if too small the flow will be restricted.
2. Always choose a smaller size if you are doubtful. Put it on a bypass assembly
which allows you to adjust the flow through the venturi injector which does
not restrict the flow as much.
Benefits:
1. Commercial grade product with no moving parts.
2. Can be plumbed on a bypass for less restriction (the preferred method), or directly
into a main water line.
3. Male Pipe threads on the inlet and outlet, which are easily adapted to hose threads.
4. It works by suction and will draw liquid fertilizer out of almost any container that you provide.
