ON REPAIR- GREENAGE WATER TIMERS
Not like digital, Greenage Analogue type water timers are repairable to certain extent.
These water timers are originally warranted for one year from the date of our invoice.
During the warranty period of first year of purchase, a defective product will either be repaired
or replaced totally free of cost. For this, customer has to return the product to the address
given below along with a valid proof of purchase .
If a defective product is replaced with a new one, the warranty period for the replaced product
will be calculated based on the remaining period of warranty for the original /first purchase.
COST FOR REPAIR - GREENAGE WATER TIMERSOnce the free warranty period of one year is expired,
we undertake repairing of defective GreenAge water timers.
Repaired water timers will have an extended
warranty of six months from the date of our invoice.

Not all electronic products are repairable and therefore we only offer an attempt for repair . Payment made for water timers which are not repairable will be refunded after deducting Rs. 200/-towards inspection and return shipping.If the defect still exists even after the repair, you have to whatsapp a short video clearly explaining the issue and request for a refund of repairing charges.Repairing may take 7 to 14 days depending on the availability of spares
Product received in our facility for repair will be disposed off without
your consent if the payment for repair is not received within 7 days
from the date of receiving the defective.
