1- Your name, contact address and mobile number

2- Name of your company, physical address and contact number

3-Your IGST registration number

RE-SELLER TERMS

1- Minimum purchase value for the initial order  : Rs. 25000/-

2- Minimum order value for additional purchase : Rs. 10000/-

DISCOUNT RATES

flat 20% discount on the net price of all products listed in our website

(Suppose the MRP is Rs.100 and the tax rate is 12%,

Rs.100 minus 12% = 89. 286 less 20% Plus 12% tax )

Terms:

1-No refund for payments made for purchase 

2-Products can be exchanged if there is a manufacturing or mechanical defect

3-Shipping charges extra- For return, shipping charges to be paid by the re-seller

4-Dealers are not allowed to sell our products through online markets

5- Order weighing up to 10 kilograms will be shipped via courier

and above 10 Kg by registered parcel

6- Heavy and bulk orders will be shipped via road or rail transport
